Evelyn Wesley – Principal
Dr. George Washington Carver Middle School 
As Principal of Carver Middle School it is my pleasure to extend an invitation to all parents and the Carver Community to join in and become active participants in the education of all our students. I am very excited about the work we can do together to raise the achievement level of our students.As we begin the new school year, remember that our successes are built on commitment and dedication to academic excellence. I am committed to providing our students a positive and safe learning environment and a school that demonstrates respect and pride. My goal is promote dignity and respect where all stakeholders realize that they are an integral part of the education process. Of my students, I expect them to be responsible, show pride, and be respectful of each others’ differences. Working together as a team of administrator, teachers/staff, students and parents, we can provide a caring and nurturing environment conducive to learning. Our goal is to provide a culturally rich curriculum that is standards based, rigorous, challenging and engaging for all of our students.
